At the race this past weekend something was off with my finish time but I chose to be ignorant and went with what I heard . not what I saw. When I crossed the finish line I. The results have now been posted and my official time was 57:16. Darn! Guess it was wishful thinking that my Garmin was wrong. Not that I'm making excuses.

Lunch - whole wheat pita pocket w/3 oz turkey/roast beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pickle and mustard. 1 c. mixed veggies, 1/2 c. whole wheat low sodium pretzels. Snack - 2 laughing cow wedges, grapes, 12 pecans. Dinner - Pork stir fry w/ 1/2c. brown rice. NOTES: Lunch - holy filling! Threw out 1/4 of the sandwich. Wed - Mar 7, 2012. Tue - Jul 12/11.

The plan is to be capable of, and comfortable, running the full 13.1 miles by the end of 2010. After that . well, we'll just see (. This is my plan:. I stopped eating all animal products, the hardest was to stop the milk in my coffee in the morning. my new lifestyle consist of fruits, vegetables, nuts, dehydrated food, almond milk, water, juicing. For the last 3 weeks I have been taking hormone therapy treatment, for mild hot flashes, and that might be the reason of my funk, but I am not sure of that. Some nights we'll try new activities like volleyball, racquetball, maybe snowshoeing or whatever. Lots of fun runs are incorporated, sometimes with our own medals and often a theme (rum, cupcakes, winery, BBQ.). They're all absolutely crazy on some level and it's an excellent adventure. So onto the weekend! Back to the blogging world!
