Saturday, April 28, 2012. Will James is 4! We then headed outside to play with new toys before our picnic. We ate hot dogs, ate Buzz Lightyear cake (made by our 4 diamond pastry chef, Perrie), and then headed to the battle field. Let the games begin. Friday, December 9, 2011. Close down.party down! I love you Birthday Boy! The night after Jack's birthday our management team put on a Christmas party for our staff that serve us so faithfully. We held a "cocktail" party in the dining room and the McClish's and the Warnock's cooked and served dinner for all of our staff who were just able to sit and relax. Ramblings from the Barnetts. Sunday, August 1, 2010. Hint, hint Frank! Let's start with a few photos from Friday. I finally got fed up with Allison's scraggly hair, so I gave her bangs again. I was trying to just let her hair grow out, but she won't keep a clip in her hair so it's always hanging in her eyes. Once I cut her bangs I also tried out pigtails, and they were so cute! Monday, September 26, 2011. Tuesday, September 20, 2011. The leaves are changing, my children are growing, and my heart is healing. My munchkins and I took off yesterday to drive 45 minutes the other way down the dirt road and end up in a quaint mountain town to eat pizza. (It makes us feel like we have neighbors.) We had another successful and memorable Easter in the valley and I could not be more thankful for the reason to have a weekend of ropin', ridin', and egg hunting. I love that my life is just not normal. Happy Easter to my followers who endearingly watch as I, the suburban girl, attempt to do this ranch life! Ramblings from the Barnetts. Thursday, February 6, 2014. What third child, you ask? Oh, we don't have one. Twenty-one months ago we decided it was the right time to add just one more to our family of four. We were over the moon excited! The anticipation of the two pink lines was almost too much for me! I KNEW it was coming! Heck, it would probably end up being twins! That's ok, I thought. I can handle twins. But there was good news! Not once did I consider that we would end up empty handed that month.
