If this were tornado weather, they would be much lower.they'd have these whisps and they would move very, very fast." But as I'm saying this.the very normal clouds that are just about 20 feet away from us DO begin to move very quickly and form a funnel. I'm dumbfounded. o.o Like.HOW is it possible for this weather phenomenon to even happen? The conditions are all wrong. A spontaneous tornado!
