August 22, 2010. 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained. 2-1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided. 1 container (15 oz) part skim ricotta cheese. 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, divided. 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg, beaten. 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce. 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked. Mix 1-1/4 c mozzarella, ricotta , 1/4 c Parmesan, parsley, and egg until well blended; set aside. Combine meat and spaghetti sauce. Rinse sauce jar with 1 c water; add to meat mixture. Stir until well blended.

August 22, 2010. 1 pkg (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix. 1 pkg (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding. 1/2 c butter, melted. 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips, divided. 1 c dry roasted peanuts, divided. 1 c creamy peanut butter. Line 9×13″ pan with foil; spray with cookie spray. Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Press half onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool 1 hour. August 22, 2010. 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced/chopped. 1/2 c packed brown sugar. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces. 2 cups granola cereal. Cream, half-and-half, or vanilla yogurt (optional). Place apples in 4-quart slow-cooker. Sprinklebrown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice over apples. Stir in butter and granola. January 2, 2011. How could you not want to eat these? I made these Cherry-Chocolate Scones yesterday, and they were fantastic! Start by mixing the dry ingredients, then adding the butter in small chunks (this is about half of the butter). Use a pastry blender (or 2 knives) to mix in the butter until it looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in the chocolate and cherries. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead gently 4-5 times. Pat dough into 7-inch circle. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 c white sugar.

In a small saucepan, melt unsweetened chocolate, half of chocolate chips, butter, and coffee granules; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; allow to cool slightly.
