Ten Months In Sudan. The ramblings of a 40 something mother of two teenagers who gave up a perfectly good teaching job in the UK, to teach English in Sudan as a volunteer with Sudan Volunteer Programme. I've grown so used to my surroundings, job and all the people around me to the extent that it feels that I've lived here all my life - even my Arabic is starting to improve! I was completely blown away - so much thought, time and effort had been put into giving me a send off that I would never forget!

My version is 100% recycled, I bought recycled fabric from the wonderful woolfest. And crocheted the bag with a hook carved from an old cricket stump.
