I remember this bridge from when I was a young girl. I remember crossing to when I was headed to a Girl Scout Camp. I thought it was the coolest and weirdest bridge I had ever seen. Not because of how it looks, because I had seen plenty of bridges growing up in Oregon. But because of this. Then we checked ou...

http://thedarringtonsplace.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 21, 2009. These first ones are of my car. I. Thought they were interesting in how the ice formed. And this was AFTER driving from Center Street Provo, to 1600 North in Orem. Stopped at Costco and found these little bits of ice on the little nubs on my fairly new tires. Beautiful ice crystals across the top of my car. A VIBRANT sunset one evening as I was leaving the house. Our tree in the back yard.I LOVE. It when it looks like this! Another shot of the tree. Friday, January 9, 2009.

Jim was reading a family history about his Grandfather and it mentioned that he was there when they drove the last spike. We were just about 10 miles from the exit when he read that, and I asked, "Do you want to go there? We never have, I think we should! He said "Sure, it sounds like a good idea." So off we went. Here is the 119 from the East and it operates on coal.

The Darrington's Place: November 2008
http://thedarringtonsplace.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html

I didn't lock the car door, but REALLY.it just feels so wrong! You can bet I will be from now on! Sunday, November 9, 2008. Thank You Food Network! I've mentioned this already.Matt's ...

Well, we needed to sell a few old things.the two year old furnace, the old manual defrost freezer, and Jim mentioned I should sell them on craigslist. Well some co-workers mentioned ksl.com classifieds. I placed both items up for sale in both places and the winner was.KSL.COM! I couldn't believe how well that worked.for FREE! But they were in beautiful shape. View from the front door. I can honestly say ...
