Shenade's Dr. Bernstein Weightloss Journey. May 24, 2010. Well, I'm in the 150's! I never thought I'd get down this far so I'm very happy! I didn't have an official weigh-in today b/c its a holiday but my scale at home says I weight about 158 or so. This could change a bit by tomorrow but should be around the same. I am still doing great being off the plan. Surprisingly I am still maintaining my weight! I have also been working out and my husband and I have started a running program together as of last Saturday (July 3rd). Running is so much easier with 63 less lbs! I can also add in rice and potatoes but they don't seem to agree with me.

Everyone keeps telling me that its worth going into debt over and the extra expense. I do not 100% agree with this.
