Tuesday, 21 April 2015. I need a life.or perhaps an intervention. My WTF moment came this morning driving the kids to school. Let me set the scene. It's just after 8am, Diggle has yelled his customary, "it's time to leave." I've yelled, "have you brushed your hair? Get your sweaters and shoes on," back at him. Unbrushed hair, well I ran my fingers through it, does that count? Who is this woman and what is she doing in my body? You'd think from the above description there's no place to go but up right?

June 8, 2012. Three things to ease back into this…. 1 I am yoga-ing consistently again. Found a wonderful class at the Y. I know who would have thought? Twice a week usually and kicking my butt all over the place. I never regret going. The instructor is awesome. I am finding my strength and flexibility again. Thursday, 24 April 2014. I started out this year setting a goal of doing at least two blog posts a month. It keeps me at least writing something, it may be a general ramble about nothing of any particular interest but it keeps me writing. I have of course started previous years with goals like this too and faltered by mid year, so who knows what will happen. The basics of prostitution? Tuesday, January 25, 2011. What's in a name? Today on facebook, one of my friends. Posted a pic of a mug with a description of her all based on her name. Now I haven't met this person in real life, but in having read her blog for many years and reading her fb posts, I have gotten to know a bit about her and felt that the description was pretty good. She revealed that it was from urbandictionary.com. I mean, except for the "athletic" and "blonde" parts, it's all me, right? I'm blushing at this point!

Tuesday, 7 April 2015. 91, that's what my dad would've been turning today. Happy Birthday Dad. It's been just over two years since he passed away. He did leave with me the extensive family tree, he did this in his younger years and traced it all the way back to Germany starting with relatives born before 1540. I have tried to continue it on and put all the information into digital copy along with the photos he left. He has left a legacy of 4 kids and 8 grandkids and I hope we have made him proud. Wednesday, 28 May 2014. Day 2 and 3 and I need a new diet and some sleep! I'm surviving on around three hours of sleep a night and a constant flow of restaurant food. My body no longer knows what hour it is or what it should be eating. That's my excuse for why at 1:30 am last night I was working my way through my moms paperwork while eating chocolate cake. Day 4, I opened up my moms house to the staff at the retirement village to sell things, tomorrow I'm locking the doors and pretending I'm not home!

Monday, 6 April 2015. Honestly I have no ability to keep plants alive, but I did expect it to last longer than two days. I woke up this morning to a limp, flaccid (those are never good words in any context) plant. I have no idea what I did wrong. I gave it a glass of water yesterday, I didn't want to over water it.
