They won their sixth Super Bowl title, making NFL history as the first team to do so. It was a stressful night in our living room - lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth, followed by cheers and shouting. We're still celebrating at our house, so I'll post pictures of the food and fun tomorrow night. Me and my man, Nick.

Sunday, March 16, 2008. As you may have expected from my last post, we did a float trip this weekend that turned out to be pretty fun, uncomfortable (for some), and best of all memorable. Tyler and I sampled a few select dehydrated meals from Backpacker's Pantry. We both had the Beef Stroganoff. For dinner which was suprisingly good. For dessert I went the simple route with a Mocha Mousse Pie. While Tyler had the Hot Apple Cobbler. Which required a bit more work but turned out really good!
