A Walk Down the Miracle Mile. Original 1950's sign of the Tucson Inn. A couple of weekends ago, I found myself on an Open House/Tour of Tucson’s Miracle Mile. That was put together by the Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation. Wandering up and down historic, though somewhat seedy, Miracle Mile, once the main highway leading into town, might seem an off thing to do on a beautiful Saturday morning, but it was an absolute treat! The restored Ghost Ranch Lodge, now a senior living community.

9 Mile Loop, 2000 ft. elevation change. You’ll see a lot of variety on this trail, including a lot of old fire damage/devastation. So, my self-imposed internet diet is okay so far. Here’s what I’ve been doing besides frittering away my time online:. Going to my favorite Asian market. I went to Lee Lee mainly to buy some pan de ube, but unfortunately, the 6-7 bags they had were icky. Disappointing! Instead, I found some Lug Lug noodles. Hanging out with my family.
