Sunday, October 26, 2008. Tak tau nak letak title ape la. Jog in the morning. She jog for like 1/5 of the way. Then she felt tired, ran back home. Now i have doubts whether i want to jog with her again or not. After that, i hang out at her house for awhile then went back home. Slept through the day until i went to naqib's house. Which SHE was suppose to go -.-'. Now im at home. And im suppose to go to my cousin's open house. But my parents are not home yet. DotA for awhile la, duhhh.

My MUSCLE feels like its gonna explode! 1st i was doing some kardio exercise? I was doing the shoulder? Err i dont know, Kamarul was my personal trainer today :D. He gave me a hell of a workout! He was wayy better than Shafiq KOT :P Anywayyyy i did all the things he ask me to. Finally, i was like giving up but he blackmailed me on telling my friends that i'm weak!

Today i want to GYM andd AGAK bestla :D. My personal trainer was Shafiq A/L Ruslan. I got a 1 week pass bebeyy! Heeeeeeee( zaf's style). I started with some chest workout-ing kot. I know nothing about this gym2 thingy. Shafiq taught me a lot, although his body is way smaller than me. errr yeah SMALLER :D. Errrrrr OKAYYYY. Oh ya!
