About Us and Programs. Help Me Help You distributes more than 8,000lbs of food each week. 30 Volunteers have donated more than 12,000 hours to our programs annually. Our Financial Literacy courses have helped more than 20 clients establish bank accounts. Our Annual Holiday Program provides holiday meals and toys to 500 children and families! More than 15 Volunteers participate in our NHRA Volunteer Work Program. Our Volunteer Programs help earn school credits and community service hours. Help Me Help You.

Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Is it possible to delay your period or make it come earlier? Unless you take birth control. I think thats the only way. If you go on the pill you can run a packet together so you take it for 6 weeks and thus miss your period. It might not stop your period from coming. Talk to your doctor about it, see what they say could help you with your predicament. Whatever they say, do NOT get on depo provera (Pfizer has class action lawsuits against them for what that shot does to women!
