Before beginning please make sure that your Internet connection is working. A surprising number of email related problems are due to Broadband and Dial-up connections failing. If this is the case then please contact your connection provider. What do you need help with? I cannot send or recieve any email. Stating any error messages you recieve. I can recieve emails but not send them. I keep getting a password box pop up. I cannot send any emails and there is one stuck in my outbox.
