My crate was received damaged and/or I am missing items! October 10, 2016 17:46. Did you receive a crate that was damaged? Are you missing items? Let us know as soon as possible so that we can look into this for you! We advise that customers take photos as soon as they receive or open their crates. This is especially important for damaged items so please do not discard the crate before taking a photo. Sending a photo with your support ticket will help the supporter assess your case faster!

I dont like my crate. Can I get my money back? June 04, 2016 07:30. Our crate contents are a surprise each month. As with blind box toys or gachapon, you cannot request a refund or an exchange if you do not like the contents of your crate. You can however, reach out to Support to let us know what you didn't like about the crates and what items you would like to see more of. How do I receive a refund? October 20, 2016 15:47. If you have a case regarding lost packages or accidental double subscriptions, please contact Support to see if you qualify to receive a refund. Please be sure to submit information such as the subscription number, the amount paid, and the reason for requesting a refund. What we can promise is that every month, depending on your crate size, you will receive 4-12 full-size Japanese candies that are difficult or impossible to find outside of Japan.
