Anyone dialed in the call in question can press *0 on their telephone keypad to flag for an operator. One of our operators will intercept the line privately to assist. At that time, the participant can communicate directly with the operator to explain the issue. Our host is the only one speaking, but we are experiencing a large amount of background noise. What can I do to help reduce this interruption?

You should be connected to the internet via a hardwired, broadband ethernet connection that has at least 2.0 Mbps download speed. Wi-Fi may result in poor connection speeds and is not recommended.
