My VCADD installation is not working properly, what should I do? Most VCADD problems are related to issues with its configuration files. Because those files are not deleted or overwritten when VCADD is uninstalled/reinstalled, uninstalling and reinstalling usually will not. If that solves the problem, you can copy your old configurations file to the new folder one by one until you find the problem file. If you continue to have problems, submit a helpdesk ticket.
