Swami Vipulananda Childrens Home. The Swami Vipulananda Children's Home in Akkraiapattu provides a safe haven to 30 boys orphaned by the tsunami and/or the civil war. Our Trustees have visited the orphanage on a number of occasions and have been struck by the dedication of the (volunteer) staff and the overall sense of well being of the boys.
