Corporacion Mahavir Kmina Artificial Limb Center (“Mahavir Kmina”) was incorporated on March 5, 2007 and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin (Colombia) as a non-profit corporation, for the purpose of manufacturing and fitting, free of charge, of lower limb prostheses for all type of amputees. Since inception on March 2007 and through September 30, 2012, Mahavir Kmina has fitted 1,554 prostheses free of charge.
