Katie's Pictures and Stories. Saturday, August 8, 2009. Beach Camping at Shirvan Nature Reserve. July 25 - 26. A group of us took off for the weekend, we went beach camping at Shirvan Nature Reserve. The beach is a 2 hour drive south of Baku. I never before would have thought that I would swim in the Caspian, but in the area we had camped the water is protected and (somewhat) clean. Scott, deep in thought. Sara G directing traffic. Ahhhh, time to relax. Dan getting pummeled by the waves.

We arrived last night at the house at about 8pm exhausted after a very long week of stress and uncertaintly. We will probably hunker down here to mentally recoup and figure out what BP has in store for us. It may be working temporarily in Anchorage, Houston or London until Egypt simmers down. Hier zal een selectie van het werk te zien zijn die hij gedurende zijn leven heeft gemaakt. Het gaat om werk wat ooit al eens is tentoongesteld, werk uit particuliere collecties maar ook werk wat hij heeft gemaakt in de 20 jaar dat hij zich in zijn atelier had terug getrokken. De opening werd verzorgd door Joep Neefjes. Henk Willemsen is op 21 juli 1943 in Arnhem geboren.
