Saturday, 29 September 2007. Kono sooda wa oishii souda. Today it was slightly cooler outside, which is only nice. I bought a new digital camera at Yodobashi Camera as my old one got a crack in the screen and it became rather difficult to take good photos with it. Tuesday, 19 August 2008. So, I am in Finland now. I left Japan on the 5th of August, after some hectic weeks filled with exams, travelling and farewell parties. In July I went to Kyushu (and fell in love with the atmosphere of Nagasaki) and spent a weekend in Aichi at a friend's house, went to see some fireworks and took part in two of Japan's most well-known summer festivals, Kyoto's Gion Matsuri and Osaka's Tenjin Matsuri. Saturday, 20 October 2007. So, I am at Gaidai/Handai now. I've had trouble with internet access ever since I came here and today I've finally somehow got the chance to use internet from my own computer. This place doesn't have wireless internet in the dorms which is rather inconvenient. In other words, a disaster.
