Wednesday, October 20, 2010. A few of you have asked what exactly this diet is that I'm doing. Yes, it's the HCG diet. It works great, and I highly recommend it! Today is day 12 being on the diet and so far I have lost 10 lbs! It feels so good to finally get some weight off and hopefully I will be able to meet my goals. The Story of Our Lives. Tuesday, May 21, 2013. We finished our first 5K Race this past weekend! The Color Palooza race was held at Hansen Stadium at Dixie State Univeristy and the proceeds benefited local organizations. There were 5 color stations along the route and as you passed through each one you were blasted with color so by the end of the race we looked like a tye dye mess. :) It was a really fun experience and I can't wait to do some more races over the summer! Saturday, May 18, 2013. Finally, introducing Kennedy Marie! I knew that come 39 weeks, I would be so ready to be done being pregnant and I was! They called the doctor to come and have a baby. They got all set-up and when they gave me the go ahead to start pushing, I gave 2 pushes and there she was! My sweet baby girl!
