laciepaperie: January 2015
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 21 January 2015. This post is for my personal notes of Christmas, how things were wrapped etc.so if your done with Christmas feel free to skip this one. I was working through most of Christmas so everything felt a bit rushed but I had been preparing for it a few months in advance, so felt more prepared then last year when we were moving. Still the wrapping felt quite chaotic! I had fun wrapping them. I was very lucky to receive some lovely gifts, I ordered some of Beth's. Handmade presents are...

laciepaperie: April 2014
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 15 April 2014. It does feel more like spring has finally come to the UK. I have been admiring all the pretty flowers popping up in the park and the garden :). I have been very good lately and spent little money but then recently I saved up a little to buy this wonderful floral embroidered cushion from BylinaStudio. I'd wanted to buy it for such a long time (over a year). Katarina has a wonderful blog. As well where she shares her home life and gorgeous makes, its lovely and well worth a read :).

http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, 11 April 2015. We had a lovely Easter bank holiday here in the UK, with lots of sunshine and too much cake. Spring has defiantly arrived and it's been great to do some gardening, plant some seeds and spring clean the house, it feels good to get things in order. I made an Easter nest cake. I've also been making some bits and bobs for my sisters birthday coming up. A handmade card and silver button necklace I made and I think she will like it. Jewellery is doing a giveaway. Right now of a wonderf...

laciepaperie: Anticipating autumn...
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2014/08/anticipating-autumn.html
Tuesday, 19 August 2014. It feels like autumn is about to come round again. I love this time of year, I can't wait for the trees leaves to turn gold, red and bronze brown. I love autumn when the light is golden in the evenings, so beautiful. We went blackberry picking at the weekend and I cooked a apple and blackberry pie last night. I love seasonal cooking. I've been feeling inspired to draw again. This is the state of my work desk today. I'm also trying to finish this blue A4 sized paper cutting. I...

laciepaperie: March 2015
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 10 March 2015. Its been so long since I wrote on this blog that I feel very bad about it but I have been busy making bits and bobs so shall just plunge in. First off, I can't believe I missed world book day! It totally went over my head but I can say I have been reading some cracking books lately. I really enjoyed reading 'A tale of Two Cities'. It's defiantly more subtle then some other Dickens that I've read, the characters are less exaggerated but I think I like it for that reason. It's also ...

laciepaperie: July 2014
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 9 July 2014. I'm currently getting over a nasty cold, so am really cherishing home at the moment, curled up in a blanket, surrounded by tissues and feeling a bit fed up. Poor H had food poisoning at the weekend (we still don't know what caused it), but he's feeling better now, thankfully. It's times like this when a herbal brew (in my fake Emma Bridgewater mug! This will be a little lavender decoration for my mum, she is a fan of pastel pink! And with some herbal tea its making a big difference.

laciepaperie: February 2014
http://laciepaperie.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 19 February 2014. I have to admit, I do rather enjoy a crafty swap. I was so pleased recently when the lovely Bex from ByTheYard asked me whether I'd like to do a crafty swap for one of her gorgeous knitted necklaces and of course I said yes! I was to make a hand drawn pine cone card for her in return for a necklace and I really did enjoy doing it :) Here is the card I made for her. Monday, 17 February 2014. I tried to use it twice and it sort of semi exploded on me :$ So I have decided I am n...
