Laquo; JUNE 13, 2012. August 26, 2012. JULY 15, 2012. We had a great diversion on the 4th of July. My mom and sister came up with us. We had a wonderful time. They stayed at the casino with us. We watched fireworks from our suite and loved it. Mom came out a winner naturally. Made for an even better time. Next Monday I get to have a turn at the hospital. Getting my gall bladder out. Can hardly wait. Hope to have a good report sometime in August. Hope all our extended family and friends are doing well.

He is still a fighter and doing an amazing job fighting the beast with dignity and pride. He is an inspiring man and truly loved. Thanks to all our loved ones for the cards, phone calls and prayers. Herb is tolerating it well considering there is a 5 drug (cocktail). Each drug has numerous side effects. We are keeping our fingers crossed that his body can handle all the poisons. Herb has done great with the chemo so far. Fatigue is the only real problem he has had to endure. Keep up the fight and go with the positive! I don’t know how you do it. Monday, April 25, 2011. Landon is at the perfect age to really get into Easter and we had so much fun with him. He really understands how to find the eggs and to put them in his basket. We had several egg hunts and by Easter Sunday he was a pro! He looked so handsome in his dress clothes and loved spending time with his cousins. May 11, 2013. He has been doing weekly blood work but now doing semi-monthly. He still tries to be upbeat and in good spirits but it is getting harder and harder. He looks pretty good except for his color. Happy Mother’s Day! 4 years, 10 months ago. I can not believe it has been almost 3 months since I have posted a blog. A long 3 months I might add.
