Saturday, June 09, 2012. Braden had his spring dance recital. Out of all the performances from all the daycare centers that night he was the only boy. He got a nice "Awwwe" from the audience when he came on stage and lots of compliments afterwards. His class performed to The Lion King. Wednesday, April 24, 2013. It seems the boys are going through a growth spurt. For dinner tonight Braden, who is now 5, ate 8 chicken nuggets, rice, strawberries, and had juice to drink. We then headed to Connor's baseball game. We had been there 15 minutes and he told me he was hungry again. Two nights ago Connor, who is almost 8, had a hamburger, a hotdog, chips, juice, more chips, and apple. 10 minutes after dinner he had a banana, and a glass of milk. But these were beautiful while they lasted. Maybe I can get to the store this weekend and get more. I need color in my yard. We were the only ones on the block with so many flowers. My neighbor told me how to do it and gave us a sample. It was really good and I have decided to give it a try. Funny - because I am not a canner. Putting in the fixtures, already it looks better. New and finished vanity with sink that matches new bath surround. The matching wall cabinet. The whole finished product.
