Here We Go Again. Ramblings of a married lesbian mom pregnant with child no. 3! Monday, July 22, 2013. Again its been quite awhile since I have updated this blog. I am now 28 wks pregnant. Things have been coming along smoothly with the exception of being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I really was completely shocked. Even though diabetes is prevalent on both sides of my family, I really didn’t think I would get it. I failed both my 1 hour and 3 hour miserably. Keep your fingers crossed! Make It So...

Here We Go Again. Ramblings of a married lesbian mom pregnant with child no. 3! Friday, April 5, 2013. I guess I spoke too soon. A few hours after I posted a started to bleed.a lot heavier than before. It has since slowed down and Lauren found the baby's heartbeat on the doppler. I try to relax but it is almost impossible. Here We Go Again. Ramblings of a married lesbian mom pregnant with child no. 3! January 2012 - I start charting my cycles. Nothing alarming. All insems are done at home using Known Donor. March 2012 - #1 - BFN (we just winged it! April 2012 - #2 - BFN. May 2012 - #3 - BFN- asked OB for blood work just to check on things. She constantly forgets I am a lesbian even though I have been seeing her for 15 yrs. Her advice "Just let it happen". Um, yeah. Blood tests come back "normal". June 2012 - #4 - BFN.

Here We Go Again. Ramblings of a married lesbian mom pregnant with child no. 3! Saturday, August 17, 2013. I keep wondering how we got here. It seems like these past four weeks just flew by. Sadly I had to leave my midwife practice. Once I was an on insulin they could no longer handle my prenatal care or deliver the baby. I found another practice which is very popular and has very good doctors but it's quite the culture shock. We really just can't wait to meet her. Look at those cheeks! Bake One Buy One.

Here We Go Again. Ramblings of a married lesbian mom pregnant with child no. 3! Sunday, February 24, 2013. I have wanted to write more but everything seems so quiet. I am still having a hard time excepting I am pregnant. I dont have a lot of symptoms. I tend to be tired a lot and have mild nausea sporadically. Embarrassingly, I took the last of our pregnancy tests yesterday just to make sure I am still nice and pregnant. Thursday, February 14, 2013.
