The density of the fibres in the tower is controlled by ultrasonic sensors. The production is determined by servo-driven extraction rolls. The blend is done in a common pipe with small tufts, not by intermittent big drops of weigh pans.

Several units can work together to form a blend based on exact weight measurements with load cells. Only a narrow stream of fibres continuously drops into the common pipe. A servo motor varies the speed of the feed rolls to ensure that always the desired amount of fibres is on the belt.

Heads for short and for long staple (up to 200 mm) and waste. The bale laydown is only limited by the building. Machines with 2500 kg/ h are running. Machines for very high bales or low buildings can be manufactured. A wall can support the setup of bales that have difficulty in standing. Very few parts.
