Management, Maintenance and Cleaning. Available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Fees include transport. Housekeeper Monday to Friday Full day. Housekeeper Monday to Saturday Half day. Initial setup and spring clean. Out - turnaround clean. These fees are included for all full managed clients. Monthly full inspection and report. Supervised access for traders or deliveries. Emergency 24hr visit and report. Furniture check and inventory preparation. Emergency call outs and problem solving.

For R350 per month we offer a secure key management and back up service 365 days a year. Owners cannot always spare time off to be at their property to supervise access for traders or deliveries. We offer a cost effective way of solving any access problems. Through our key holding service we can provide most of the services you will require at short notice. Included in our monthly fee we carry out a full internal and external inspection on your property and provide you with a written report.

Full Property Management Package for. We are always available to assist with your property. Should your property require emergency repairs we are contactable 24hrs a day to make necessary arrangements. We would also be your security company’s contact person. We carry out full internal and external inspections monthly and are able to administer immediate first aid to resolve emergencies. We will make more frequent visits out of season if desired. We check for leaks, storm damage and any pest infestations.

Housekeeping and Cleaning Services. We have our own team of cleaners and a gardener and oversee all cleaning requirements. We pride ourselves on our high standard of cleaning and general housekeeping. Aundry washed and ironed on site, checked and replaced when necessary. Where laundry facilities are not available we will collect, wash, dry, iron and charge per load. Initial Setup and Spring Clean. In Clean - Refresh. Turn around cleans are normally conducted on departure.
