The ceremony was really short, literally 10 minutes long. it simply represents the passing on of leadership to the new officer candidates before they officially begin OCS. When they did the change and the new leadership ran up (Donnie's a platoon sergeant so he took part in this), they all yelled "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOCS!
