Monday, February 28, 2011. Amazes me. I love the ages and stages! He puts the phone on his shoulder and "talks" to people. He sees me sitting on my bed, preparing my next Sharing Time lesson; and he leaves the room, comes back with a book, and parks himself right next to me- I begged Ryan to take a picture. Saturday, July 11, 2009. Family Reunion Trip Day 2. On Day 2, our first full day on our mini-vacation, we drove to Bear World. A very fun place! Wednesday, September 21, 2011. My Two-Year Old: Logan. We had a fun party with the best cake, ever. Logan loves keys. One of his favorite books we read together is, "Goodnight, Gorilla" so it seemed only natural that we give him a party with that in mind. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Michael still wasn't quite sure what to think about the candle - which may explain the slow start. He kept poking his fingers into the hole left by the candle. Once he got going, he sure had fun playing with the frosting. He got a kick out of grabbing a great big handful, eating a little bit, and then squishing the rest between his fingers. Sunday, July 5, 2009. More Parades and 4th of July Fun. We went to a total of three parades this year. Next year, we'll probably limit it to two - the two least crowded parades (Michael didn't have much fun at the crowded one because he couldn't see very well, even when on Daddy's shoulders). Eating some snacks and watching for the motorcycles. I hear the motorcycles! Did you see that? I got a "High Five" from every single motorcycle cop! How you start a parade! And is that a cow? Yup, that's a cow.

Tuesday, January 25, 2011. The Joy's of 2010:. What a great year. Here's Julia and I ringing in the New Year of 2010 with Chinese Food! We began this year with only one child in diapers, and things have only been better since then! Our baby boy, #4 as we call him: Logan Allen grew:. He is now a walking, babbling, happy one year old boy:. He loves trucks, balls, remotes, cellphones, phones, and anything else with buttons. He has big, gorgeous brown eyes and loves to play peek-a-boo! She keeps us smiling.
