December 20, 2013. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. 2 Tbsp. water. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda. 1/2 tsp. salt. 3 (45 oz) packages Andes mints. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, mixing until melted. Recipe makes 4 servings. 2 large leeks (white and pale green parts only), chopped. 1 large onion, chopped. 1 large potato, peeled and cubed. 2 cups cubed butternut squash. 1 cup diced carrots. 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4-inch thick. 1 quart chicken stock. 1/4 cup dry white wine(optional). 1/2 cup light cream. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
