Well, you know how I said I would commence my blogs with a Wicked Van phrase.the last one I saw was one I saw needs to be censored so I'll skip it this time! In fact, here in Cooktown I havent seen a Wicked van to be honest nor very many other brands.Britz, Spaceline, Apollo etc. Cairns is as far as they go.head to Sydney and further south I suspect. Well, we did end up going over the Fairbairn Dam wall on our way out of Emerald which was interesting - and great views too but to go to the Carnarvon Gorge was too far out of our way. Thursday, September 3, 2009. Port Macquarie - Hunter Valley (Cessnock) NSW Thursday 3rd Sept 09. Oh, what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day! Not day, but days! We hit Cessnock Tuesday lunchtime and its been great weather - crisp mornings, with overnight's of 8-9 degrees but sun bathed days, no wind or clouds - mid 20's. (Although we did get a drop mid afternoon today with some cloud cover). Consequently we've got some nice bottles to take home with us (as well as a melted credit card)!
