Mainly it’s been making me feel faint/ dizzy since the latest increase. Now the side effects are much better and I need to get out that door. Ugh! Beginning is harder than it sounds. Deleting the old posts actually felt exciting. I’m also looking beyond weight loss. Losing weight means nothing if my head isn’t in the right place or I feel spiritually detached from life.
