Tuesday, June 05, 2012. May - Derby, Seton Stars Performance, Little Gym Show Week, and Memorial Day Fun. We took the girls to Keeneland for the Derby this year. We didn't place one bet. Not one. Probably because we lost all our money at the Build-A-Horse site. What a racket. So proud of their Derby picks! Olivia finished up pre-K this year with an end-of-the-year musical performance at church. Despite the fact that she was running a fever and sick to her stomach, she did a fantastic job! Look at me Mom!

Saturday, December 31, 2011. Getting ready to go to Children's Mass on Christmas Eve! Setting out cookies and milk for Santa and an apple for Rudolph. Sunday, November 06, 2011. This was so cool! Transylvania University, our alma mater, set out over 400 pumpkins on the steps of Old Morrison and lit them over Halloween weekend. The carvings were so intricate - clearly many talented artists at work. The girls so enjoyed taking a look at all the "pumpkin pies" as Lilly calls them. Sunday, January 01, 2012. At least there was a little champagne floating around, although mine grew warm in my black solo cup. Oh well - the wild and crazy NYE will have to wait until we are MUCH older. It was fun though! Everyone had NYE hats and favors to celebrate with! Lola and Lilly jumping on Lilly's new trampoline.
