Thursday, January 31, 2013. I am so so SO. Glad January is over. Halle-freakin-lujah. Now if we can just get rid of these lingering colds everything will be great. Staying in for weeks on end is enough to drive a girl insane. We got absolutely pounded by snow this week- and I loved it! Especially now that I've got a big ol' SUV with 4 wheel drive, it's even fun to drive in. The kids enjoying the snow, albeit powdery snow (aka crappy snow that won't make a snowman). Friday, April 19, 2013. What We've Been Up To. Thanks for the encouraging comments on my I have no friends post. And for not making me feel like a total L7 weenie. Anyway, here's a little snippet of what we've been up to lately:. We have been blending like mad. How did I only just start making smoothies for my kids? Wednesday, October 31, 2012. We couldn't miss that moment! So, we decided to pack up our family and drive across several states to be with him! So, we took our sweet time getting to Oklahoma, because (1) we had a 4 year old who is still getting the hang of being potty-trained, so that worried me a lot! And (2) traveling with children is always the most fun a mother could ask for! So, we were off to a great start! We started our day at the Outlet Mall, more for mommy's sanity and just for some walking!

Friday, January 4, 2013. This year was quite a different year for our family for the holidays. We were missing Grandpa C and Kyle and his family. Mike's parents got their mission call, so we got to spend the holidays with them. It was so much fun! We had a great feast for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! We played games, especially Just Dance 4! That was a riot of a time with all of the siblings that were up there. Mike's parents even got in on the action! This is what we came up with!
