The fact that this blog is two years old and still has no pictures of the Queen Mary in it is pretty amazing. I think in my life I have taken more pictures of Mary than any other place and thing in the world, and that includes my cats and childhood home. A shot on the way in, with a little photo editing. The USS Iowa is now permanently docked in San Pedro. They had a special where veterans got on-board free during Memorial Day this year, so we went and I got some pictures. Here are a few superstructure shots, first of all. There were a zillion people, so aiming up was a good idea if you didn't want photos full of strangers.

Hey, from mississippi. Saturday, August 1, 2015. I dip, you dip, we dip. This week I had my coworkers over for some dips and drinks. School is starting soon, and it was time for a get together. I had plans for having a big jar of zinnias as my centerpiece, but once I got to my flowers they were too pretty to cut too many. I'm striving, probably in vain, to get Yard of the Month. Bridger was crying on the first day of school because he didn't want to go and crying on the last day because he was going to miss everyone.
