Living My Best Life. Through gizmos, gadgets, surfing, learning and sharing! Sunday, July 24, 2011. Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. These little victories are making me happy! Raspberries (sadly none there today). The juicing process was actually much easier than I thought and I was surprised to see how much of the fruity flesh was left after the juice was extracted. There was a little bit of cleanup but I was able to dump the pulp in my compost pile and stick to my goal of simple and green in my house.

Mix limeade and tequila well in the pampered chef quik-stir pitcher. Add Corona and 7up. Plunge/mix a couple times and it will fizz up. A play on margaritas – very simple and refreshing! Masoor Dal (red lentils) or Toor Dal (split pigeon dal) MUST BE WASHED. Madras Curry Powder (Priya brand is the best). 2 red onions (diced).
