Just my day to day life. Monday, May 4, 2009. Has anyone seen this baby? He seems to have disappeared. He was so loving and thought I ruled the world. I was the center of his universe and he mine. I love you mommy would pour from his mouth. It seems like only yesterday I was helping him with his costumes and he would play his guitar while I danced around the room with him singing so loudly. Now instead of seeing this baby I am seeing this. I cannot remember the last time I saw this baby.

First, the cousins came to stay with us. They only spent one night, but it seems like they had a good time. This is Noah. I snapped this picture when he fell on the floor from laugter. Just my day to day life. Friday, February 6, 2009. God is bigger than the boogyman. This past summer my son was in the hospital for about 12 days. 4 of them in ICU. They didnt expect him to live through the night.but GOD is bigger than illness! Due to this illness there has been alot of anxiety in our family - mainly me and my son. We are working through a lot in therapy but we have just started that journey! Monday, February 2, 2009. You have your game face on here. I wonder what you are thinking.

Griffith Park Observatory – Los Angeles. January 31, 2009. Supposedly this is a Foucault’s Pendulum. It’s free-rotating and only turns based on the rotation of the earth. I had hard time believing this is true. How is it free-rotating independently of the earth? It’s still connected to the earth and therefore moves along with it — just like you do. Geek out here. LJ updates have become sparse indeed but I'll continue to post whenever the desire and opportunity to coincide. As some of you might know I applied for a PhD a while back. It unfortunately turns out that I've not gotten the place so I'm falling back to other ideas (PhD's in different areas/different possible jobs) and staying where I am for the time being.
