The Tallest Guy in the Picture. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. The wife recommended The Hunger Games. To me and, despite my initial reluctance, was able to win me over with words like "sci-fi" and "post-apocalyptic." I was not disappointed, and finished it in four days. Plus Lord of the Flies. Plus a tiny bit of Starship Troopers. I can't wait to read the next in the series, and maybe I should give the wife a little more credit for her taste in books. And a little 1984!
