We both thought it was time to make some bread, mostly because we ate the last of our bread last night. So I remembered when we went to Bunratty Castle. We had bannock which is a quick unleavened bread. That is cooked in a pan or cast iron. It was delicious. They had made it with a homemade butter….wonderful. So this is my attempt at bannock. 3 cups all-purpose flour.
