为提升医护人员理论水平和操作技能，沧州安定集团在2015年9月20日举办了沧、黄两院 医护技能对抗赛 ，黄骅安定医院代表队以 防暴 护理为主题的情景演练获得第一名。 2015年5月12日，黄骅市卫生局为迎接国际护士节的来临，举办 纪念5.12国际护士节先进事迹报告会 ，我院高宪桥主任以副院长高辉自工作以来的典型事例为题材，撰写的 梅花香自苦寒来 一文入选，并由张笑颜护士长在大会进行现场报告。 沧州市卫生局要求黄骅在5月底前完成 三率 ，对此，我们的指导思想是 完成目标任务是责无旁贷的，我们必须要当好主角，在卫生局的支持下，按时完成任务。 黄骅安定医院被授予2014年度卫生工作先进单位 韩之杰院长被授予发展卫生事业贡献奖 于俊玲院长被授予医德医风行业标兵荣誉称号 副院长高辉、护士长张笑颜获卫生计生工作先进个人荣誉称号。 2015年1月4日，黄骅安定医院召开首届 品管圈 成果汇报，8个圈经过精心的准备参加比赛，韩之杰、于俊玲、宋青峰、张笑颜、高辉担任评委，经过角逐水滴圈获得第一名，奖金1000元 爱心圈、火炬圈并列第二，奖金800元 七星圈、扬帆圈并列第三，奖金500元。
