I Must Confess.I Am 1 In A Million! Monday, February 22, 2010. I am so frustrated right now. I am almost to the point of giving up, which is ridiculous to say at this point. Why is it so hard for me to lose weight? I see people chowing down on the fattiest foods with not one healthy food in sight, and here I am with my Grilled Chicken and Vegetables and I cant seem to get the scale to budge.
