My brother and I got back some estimates on things needed to be done to the house to get it up to par versus comparable rental houses. The list is long and quite expensive and thus very intimidating. The house is so f*cked up, a flippers dream. So I ask you, my friends, since I have nothing keeping me in Las Vegas, except my job, should I move back to Hawaii and try and fix up my childhood home?
