Wednesday, November 23, 2005. 11/22 星期二是我們學校的 potluck day，所有的孩子迎歡穿著有自己民族特色的服裝來學校，家長也會準備各式不同的食物，大家一起同樂，分享不同文化的食物及服飾。身為台灣人的我，實在想不出能穿什麼來代表我自己的身份，所以就硬著頭皮穿著平常上班的打扮- 襯衫休閒褲就去學校了。一進門，園長看我的扮相，就衝著問我有沒有準備服裝來換，我對她搖了搖頭，她給了我一個眼色，口裡念著凡是今天來學校沒有打扮的老師，一律在活動結束之後要負責洗所有的碗盤我知道園長是在開玩笑，就順著她的話接下去。一位我班上的小男生，走過來跟我握手說早安，接著他說 Mr. Aries, I will wash all the dishes. 我沒聽錯吧他說洗盤子。 Posted by hicram at 5:19 PM.

Sunday, September 03, 2006. 部份的感官教具的確能引發他一點專注力，但是並不持久他無法獨自專注工作一段時間，而且會去打擾到其他孩子的工作，或是無意間侵入別人的工作範圍。因為這類所謂的問題學生會佔去主教老師大部份的時間，對其他班上的學生而言並不公平與其讓這個學生留在班上，不如讓其他沒有這類問題的學生進來班上，大家能夠受益更多。最後，我得去結論，長遠來說，一所有三間 0-3歲教室的學校，最多也只能容納 146 位學生我們只能讓最近適合的學生進來就讀，讓他們獲得最大收益。 Posted by hicram at 7:32 PM. 在孩子使用沙紙字母練習的同時，Metal Inset (幾合崁圖版) 的使用可以幫助孩子發展手部肌肉使手指、手腕更能靈活地握筆並運筆書寫。在英文中尚有其他不按照發音規則發音的單字，則透過 puzzle words 介紹給孩子學習。
