Tuesday, August 21, 2007. Is there really such a thing an mental. I don't think so. The real problem exists in that people refuse to accept the consequence of their actions and bad choices. We love to blame others (like our parents) for our problems but we only have ourselves to blame. Bad behavior has consequences. The inability to deal with that fact sends us into a mental state of chaos. It is much easier to swallow a pill than to look ourselves in the mirror and ask ourself what did "I" do?
