Friday, October 3, 2008. It's time for the first HFAV Challenge of 2008. Hooray! What is an HFAV Challenge you ask? Jeff, Jenn, Joseph, Josh and Johanna. I may have figured out how to down size video to upload. Happy late B-day Mom! Jeff, Jenn, Joseph, Josh and Johanna. Labels: Happy B-day Mom.

Jeff, Jenn, Joseph, Josh, Johanna and Jonathan. Sunday, November 30, 2008. It was a lot of fun to host my parents and brother David for Thanksgiving. We decided to try cooking our turkey overnight in a roaster oven. We were awakened at 6:30 am to the delicious smell of roasted turkey already falling off the bone. Still, the dinner turned out splendidly. Complete with the traditional sweet potato. We decided everyone needed their own pie and then we could share. The pecan was a fun new experiment. Joseph ...

Jacob and Edie: August 2008
http://jacobandedie.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 10, 2008. We thought we would start our blog with something we've been spending a lot of our free time on these past few months. Here is how our garden looked the first week in May. This is how it looks now, or rather how it looked last week. The Sunflower is now in full bloom. That is from the same packet of seeds that we grew years ago. It was the last seed in the packet, and I am a little surprised it grew at all. The lettuce, spinache, radishes, and peas are now done.
