Himalayan Garden for Disabled and Orphaned Children. Het ontstaan van de stichting HIGADOC. In oktober 2009 maakten wij met een groep vrienden en collega’s een reis naar Nepal. Onderdeel hiervan was een 12 daagse trektocht door de bergen. In Nepal werden we begeleid, door nepalese dragers en gidsen. Eén van de gidsen heeft een lichamelijke beperking en heeft aan den lijve. Ondervonden wat het betekent om in Nepal als gehandicapte te moeten leven. Door zijn eigen ervaringen heeft hij een ideaal voor ogen:.

No es aconsejable presionar sobre la zona hepática, ya que, al provocar dolor, el enfermo puede efctuar una maniobra de Valsalva, ocasionando un aumento de la presión venosa y dilatación de las venas yugulares (reflujo hepatoyugular falsamente positivo).
