The Road, Part 3. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. I am in a little bit of disbelief that I have put off this blog for so long. I was consistently writing and then, BAM, I pulled a Carvey. I know I have kept my readers on the edge of their seats for the next blog post. I can't remember.). But, I hope that I will be able to see a few of them in the future. The photo is not of seniors, ironically, but of a few sophomores and I at a spring dance. The Road, Part 3. So, we got to DC. Baylor lost. We drove home.

About Argentina, BAICA and teaching, the DEACS, and whatever else. An Argentina bank account. So I now have a bank account in Argentina with a French bank. I'm not really too trustworthy of banks in Argentina, due to their reputation as robbers. It happened in 2001 and 2002 when banks and the Argentine government basically stole people's savings here. Read about the Corralito. Posted by Hunter @ 31.1.07. Aunt P. you're the best! So I got a notice to go down to correo. Posted by Hunter @ 30.1.07. Posted b...

About Argentina, BAICA and teaching, the DEACS, and whatever else. Going for the "set-up". So I must recount a somewhat humorous chain of events, at least to me it's funny. So the first week or so I get here, I am getting to know the Grecos, spending some time at their house, and Pam finds out that I am a runner (Pam is the wife of Matt, my boss, the director of the school, and the pastor of IBC, the English-speaking church I attend). She's got a nice smile in the photos.but, uh, uh. It was fine the rest...

About Argentina, BAICA and teaching, the DEACS, and whatever else. After a decent vacation from posting on this blog, I'm back. During the vacation time, much has happened. To recount:. Speaking of ACC, how about them DEACS! ACC championship game come this Saturday! First ACC team to go undeafeated on the road for an entire season.and the basketball team is 5-0, the Deacs are making me really proud! One last thing, my mullet, Argentine style, is really starting to acquire some good length to it. So I hav...

About Argentina, BAICA and teaching, the DEACS, and whatever else. Last night, we the teachers got together for a dinner together. I think it's safe to say we already like and enjoy each other's company. I think each one of these people are solid folks who love the Lord, and I don't even know any of them that well. Posted by Hunter @ 28.7.06. Waterfalls, Georgia, maté and labrynths. We saw a bunch of falls, including Garganta del Diablo (. Is transferred from the field, to the factory, and then the proce...

About Argentina, BAICA and teaching, the DEACS, and whatever else. The power of the armpit. So flash forward to today. I'm sitting in the library after school, and a 6th grader (who is not one of my students, so I don't know him or his name) comes up to me, and starts talking to me, and he asks me,. Well so how does it happen? I'm kind of distracted by what I'm doing on the computer, so I say, "what do you mean, how does what happen? The armpit sweating, why does it sweat so much? Should I buy a kitten?

You can hear the full story on our other website http:/ paulandbecca.wordpress.com. 8220;Is it believable that Muhammad (peace be upon him) knew about this over 1,000 years ago while I have only just known it? 8221; he thought. France sent back the mummy to Egypt in a splendid glass coffin. But, since he knew about the st...

In service of the King: February 2008
http://paulandbecca.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
In service of the King. Thursday, February 28, 2008. Youthful naivety or obedience? I recently visited scenic El Paso, TX, for an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor class. The class was about as excited as the title entails, but I did have a very interesting conversation with an orthopedic surgeon I met there. Though he denied calling me a victim of youthful naivety (I asked for clarification! Why on earth are we packing up our young family and leaving a six-figure income to move to Ethiopia? Many o...
