http://sessionbeerproject.blogspot.com/2014/04/smuttynose-bouncy-house-interview.html
Session Beer Day - April 7. The Session Beer Project™. Monday, April 7, 2014. Smuttynose Bouncy House interview. Smuttynose is coming out with a new 4.3% session beer called. Bouncy House ; it fits into the "session IPA" slot, but they're calling it an "All Occasion American Ale." I talked to Smuttynose brewer David Yarrington about it. Fun name, Bouncy House. And I see you call it. Bouncy House IPA , but the term "session IPA" is nowhere on the packaging. Isn’t it just an American pale ale? When we did ...

The Session Beer Project™: Meanwhile, over in BudMillerCoorsville...
http://sessionbeerproject.blogspot.com/2013/08/meanwhile-over-in-budmillercoorsville.html
Session Beer Day - April 7. The Session Beer Project™. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Meanwhile, over in BudMillerCoorsville. You know how I know session beer. Is the smart new trend. Because the big brewers are making higher ABV beers. Check out this story. ABInBev and Miller Coors are betting big on boozier beers. That appears to be part of the playbook for MillerCoors. Which have turned to pricier, higher-alcohol line extensions. To recapture share from growing liquor brands. Which both check in at 6% ABV.

The Session Beer Project™: It's Official
http://sessionbeerproject.blogspot.com/2009/01/its-official.html
Session Beer Day - April 7. The Session Beer Project™. Thursday, January 29, 2009. After a couple years on this thing - on and off, actually - I'm doing what I should have done. Then, and giving The Session Beer Project. I'm sensing a shift in the beer currents. That's what my February "Steaming Pile" column in. Is about, I'll link as soon as it's up - and I think that this is going to be a big year. For the comeback of session beer in America. What's going to happen? Bars to carry them. Folks, too): if ...

The Session Beer Project™: Why I called Sierra Nevada "wieners" about their Nooner Session IPA
http://sessionbeerproject.blogspot.com/2014/04/why-i-called-sierra-nevada-wieners.html
Session Beer Day - April 7. The Session Beer Project™. Monday, April 7, 2014. Why I called Sierra Nevada "wieners" about their Nooner Session IPA. Heh, heh. It says Nooner. 4.8%? Come on, SN! Can't get it down to 4.5? That's what I put up on Untappd* two days ago as my "review" of Sierra Nevada's new "session IPA," Nooner. If I felt really bad about it, or that I was out of line, I'd apologize. This is Sierra Nevada. After all; a brewery and a founder, Ken Grossman, which I honestly revere. I just posted...

Wicked Good Racing: The Clothing Drive Grand Total
http://nccx.blogspot.com/2012/02/clothing-drive-grand-total.html
A blog documenting the first season of the Newbury Comics/High&Mighty Cyclocross team. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The Clothing Drive Grand Total. The Clothing Drive has come to and end and you are looking at the results. We were able to raise over 306 pounds of clothes to be donated to Cradles2Crayons. I don't want to have anyone here crying foul, but the winner was Newbury Comics at 287 pounds with HUP United coming in second at 19 pounds. This was a very painless way to do some good!

Wicked Good Racing: September 2011
http://nccx.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
A blog documenting the first season of the Newbury Comics/High&Mighty Cyclocross team. Sunday, September 25, 2011. Been pretty quiet on the race report front. We raced Quad and the Green Mountain Weekend. I can only speak for myself, but it has been a tough start to the season. Suckerbrook is a NE classic with a pretty timeless course. I decided to double down and race the 3/4 Masters and the 3s. The course featured all the classic chicanes and little rollers and off cambers. Suckerbrook is such a good r...

May 28, 2013. Local Artist Jason Kotoch is the next in our artist exposé series. Intrigued to see how Jason is using chairs to demonstrate this? Come to the opening night of The Laboratory on June 8th to see what his experiment yields. Follo...

A blog documenting the first season of the Newbury Comics/High&Mighty Cyclocross team. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Rhonde de Rosey 2. The Pink Beacons reemerged for the second running of the Rhonde De Rosey. It was a cool feeling to think that just a year ago at this event, we were joking about a Newbury Comics Cyclocross team and a year later we had done it. We were a five man team this year with Thom making his debut and secret weapon, Andy E, rounding out the OG. Into the back of a junkyard and then back...
