Mmm Momofuku : Better Late than Never. Clearly I was late to the Momofuku. Noodle dance, but I really don't mind, the noodles are delicious and tender as ever (and I'm not one to wait on lines for food, or bread for that matter). As a child raised on Ramen (by choice, not a budgetary concern), Momofuku is a little taste of childhood, but all grown and sexy (yes noodles can be sexy if done to this level of perfection). Word is, his cookies are the best in New York, though I won't short sell Kathleen King.
