Crafts, art, and views on my life. Every year, when they review the past year, I usually think, “Wow, I forgot all those things happened THIS YEAR.” But it seems 2011 was especially eventful. The turmoil, rioting, and government downfalls in the middle east were astounding. What was the catalyst for all of that? The Gabby Giffords shooting struck close to home. Make something beautiful today! February 8, 2017. Our local group of demonstrators has color challenges and card layout challenges. This week the challenge was Flirty Flamingo. The colors remind me of a nice, cool bowl of sherbet. I heat embossed the images on watercolor paper. Then used an aqua painter.
